  3. Family, friends, community.
  4. Financial health.
  5. Romantic life.
  6. Self-care and wellness.
  7. Hobbies and social life.
  8. Spirituality and personal development.

These segments help you assess the amount of attention you give to each area, your level of satisfaction within each section, and the areas that require improvement.

Keep in mind that some sections might overlap, or you might find them difficult to assess. In those cases, you may want to simplify it or think about it more generally, leading us to our next example:

Mind, Body, Spirit
