The Sparkassenverband Baden-Württemberg, the interest group for the Sparkassen-Financial Group in Baden-Württemberg, is seeking a dedicated professional for a Consultant for Personnel Development role focused on Wealth Managers. This position is based at the Sparkassenakademie, the training centre of the Sparkassen-Financial Group Baden-Württemberg.
Role and Responsibilities
The successful candidate will accompany existing learning concepts, event formats, and qualification programs, as well as set up and accompany new ones. As a consultant for personnel development, the candidate will develop training measures for specialist competence and sales, analyse educational needs, and identify new trends in further training for wealth managers and high net worth clients.
The candidate will shape the range of offers, contribute to nationwide strategy projects, and develop cross-association PE concepts in collaboration with the specialist departments of the Sparkassenverband. The candidate will be the central point of contact for personnel developers, managers, and participants, maintaining personal contact with the target group and speakers, contributing to program creation, and acting as a moderator at conferences and workshops.
Requirements
The ideal candidate should have at least 2-3 years of professional experience in high net worth client consulting/wealth management at a Sparkasse or bank. They should possess strong analytical and conceptual skills, as well as the ability to think in networks.
Candidates should have a degree in business administration, economics, or a comparable qualification from within the Sparkassen group. Ideally, they will have experience in consulting and financial concepts, as well as the relevant software (OSPlus_neo).
The candidate should have high intrinsic motivation to innovatively shape the tasks at hand. They should be communicative and eager to work in an environment where teamwork and networking are required. A confident and convincing manner, ideally with experience in methods of personnel development or moderation of events, is essential.
