Scholarly Recognitions - August 25th Announcement
Students Achieve Academic Honours in Creative Arts Programs at Our Institution
Our institution is proud to announce that several students have earned academic honours in various creative arts programs during the Summer 2025 term. The "Academic Excellence" program recognises students for their outstanding academic achievements in Bachelor's Degree, Associate Degree, and Undergraduate Certificate programs.
In the Digital Photography program, Arianna Meyer, Eric Rodriguez, and Elena Manalp earned Honor Roll recognition, while James Darden was awarded Honor Roll with Distinction. Joseph Moroz, however, excelled even further by earning Honor Roll with Distinction and the highest distinction of President's List.
The Digital Media program also saw several students achieve academic honours. Walter Rice was not only placed on the Honor Roll but also earned Honor Roll with Distinction.
In the Graphic Design program, Cynthia-Leigh Andreacchio, Margaret Beaver, and Becky Allen all earned Honor Roll with Distinction. Sophia Perez and Hadley Roman were placed on the Honor Roll, and Kelly Serio, Braedyn Karis-Ohanna, and Walter Aaron received recognition for their achievements.
The Illustration program also had several students recognised for their academic achievements. Darith Sorn, Carl Plesner, Bianca Roncarati, and Maria Jose Nunez Bonequi all earned Honor Roll with Distinction. Wathana Keth and Brandy Pruyne were placed on the Honor Roll, and Juan Agudelo was recognised for his achievements.
Lastly, in the Web Design program, Svetoslava Wilcox and Serena Murry-Webb were placed on the Honor Roll.
It is worth noting that there are three levels of recognition in the "Academic Excellence" program: Honor Roll, Honor Roll with Distinction, and a President's List. These distinctions are given based on a student's GPA, with those achieving a GPA of 3.5 or higher placed on the Honor Roll, those with a GPA of 3.8 or higher eligible for commencement honours, and those with a GPA of 4.0 receiving the President's List recognition.
