Role: Position Announcement - Senior Client Relations Manager for DACH region (open to any gender)
In the bustling city of Hamburg, Germany, Appinio – a global market research company with over 2600 international clients and operations in 13 countries – is on the lookout for a seasoned professional to join their team as a Senior Client Relations Manager.

As a Senior Client Relations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in this mission by building and managing strong, long-term relationships with clients to maximize their value and impact from Appinio’s market research services.
With a minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B Sales in the Market Research industry under your belt, you will be responsible for representing Appinio at trade fairs and public speaking events, expanding your network and leveraging existing contacts to drive the business. You will also work closely with the Customer Success, Inside Sales, and Marketing Team to maximize growth opportunities.
Your role will involve managing relationships within specific industry sectors, such as FMCG or Media & Entertainment. You will be expected to develop and own growth strategy for these sectors, ensuring the renewal of services and identifying opportunities for expanding client engagement.
As a trusted advisor to customers, you will serve as a consultative guide on market research products and insights to meet client business needs. Your excellent interpersonal skills, strategic thinking, and deep knowledge of market research and client industries will be crucial in driving mutual success.
The Senior Client Relations Manager position offers a flexibility policy with no hard cap on vacation days, all necessary hardware (including a MacBook), and access to a mobility budget or a co-working space in certain cities. Proficiency in working with CRM tools, ideally Hubspot, is a must.
Ideally, you will be based in Hamburg, Germany, with excellent proficiency in both German and English. An extensive network within the Media/Entertainment or the FMCG industry is a plus.
