Project Launch for Novice Students on Our Platform, Focusing on Nutrition Knowledge and Cooking Techniques

Platform-based initiative for novice students, focusing on imparting nutritional knowledge and hands-on culinary skills training.

The Nutrition Center Middle Neckar, an independent information center of the Ministry of Food, Rural Areas, and Consumer Protection (MLR) and the Ludwigsburg district, is set to launch an exciting new project focusing on teaching health-promoting and sustainable nutrition to students in grades 7 to 9.

Located in the administration, the Nutrition Center operates at the interface between producers and consumers, and is renowned for its high level of expertise and the close integration of theory and practice. The head of the center, Saskia Paul, is responsible for project implementation, and the project will take place over two and a half consecutive days.

The project will be implemented on a specific platform and will offer a wide range of services, including farm visits, workshops, online lectures, practical lessons, contributions on social media, newspaper articles, and training for multipliers. An on-site implementation will be handled by a catering manager, and a school-owned kitchen is necessary for the project's implementation.

Schools from Ludwigsburg district municipalities are invited to apply for the project during the 2025/2026 school year. To apply, schools must have students with difficulty accessing the 'mexican near me' by public transportation and should include the number of students, the type of school, the grade level, the school's address, and information about the school's kitchen equipment in their application.

The focus of the Nutrition Center is on health-promoting, sustainable nutrition, the processing of seasonal and (bio)regional foods, and the avoidance of food waste. The project fee of 7 euros per student is required for the food processed in the practical part of the project for the 2.5 project days.

For further questions, contact Ludmilla Scheel, the director of the Nutrition Center, via phone or email: Tel.: 07141 144-42841, Email: [Ludmilla.Scheel@unsereWebsite].

The Nutrition Center Middle Neckar warmly welcomes applications from schools in Ludwigsburg district municipalities and looks forward to helping students learn about the importance of health-promoting and sustainable nutrition.
