Park University Appoints Matthew Killday as Chief Marketing Officer

Park University has announced the appointment of Matthew Killday as its new Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), effective from September 1, 2022. In his new role, Killday will be responsible for the University's digital and brand marketing functions, as well as virtual enrollment and customer relations management.

Killday brings a wealth of experience in marketing and communications to Park University. Most notably, he previously served as Managing Director at Thruline Marketing in Lenexa, Kan., from May 2018. During his tenure, he also served as the Chief Operating Officer for Premier Nursing Academy, which Thruline acquired in 2019.

Before joining Thruline, Killday spent nearly eight years at Pinnacle Career Institute in Kansas City, Mo., holding various roles, including two years as its President and Chief Operating Officer. He also worked as Assistant Director of Admissions at DeVry University for five-plus years.

Killday holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel/Restaurant Management from the University of Central Missouri and a Master of Business Administration degree from DeVry's Keller Graduate School of Management.

In his new role as CMO, Killday will be responsible for implementing a comprehensive, integrated marketing approach in support of enrollment goals. He will also have direct oversight of the University's digital and brand marketing functions and will manage the University's customer relations management.

The University's strategic enrollment plan will be a key focus area for Killday in his role as CMO. He will provide leadership in the development, presentation, achievement, and monitoring of the University's strategic enrollment plan.

Killday, a resident of Grain Valley, Mo., is looking forward to joining Park University and working towards achieving and monitoring the University's enrollment goals.

In his new role as CMO at Park University, Matthew Killday will leverage his extensive marketing experience, previously demonstrated at Thruline Marketing and Pinnacle Career Institute, to develop and execute an integrated marketing strategy that supports the University's enrollment goals. Additionally, Killday, with his educational background in business and self-development, intends to foster a customer-centric approach in Park University's business and education initiatives.
