In an exciting development, Krasnodar Krai has seen a surge in youth employment this summer, with over 16,000 teenagers finding jobs in various sectors. The region's authorities have allocated around 65.3 million rubles for the employment of young people this year.

The "Supporting Employment" program, designed for youth aged 14 and above, has been instrumental in this employment drive. According to the press service of the Krasnodar administration, over 4,283 young people have been employed through this program this summer. Approximately 85% of the allocated positions for this summer have been filled, with around 15% of vacancies still available.

Eugeny Naumov, the head of Krasnodar, emphasised that the program allows students to learn how to earn money, become more organized, and get acquainted with different professions. He shared this information in his Telegram channel.

The positions offered through the Center for Employment of Krasnodar Krai involve light labor. Teenagers have been working in municipal educational institutions, including their own schools, helping with auxiliary work, territory cleaning, serving as couriers, or coordinators of children's playgrounds.

The regional capital aims to employ 5,300 teenagers by the end of the year, which is 200 more than last year. Many young people have also worked in these municipal educational institutions, contributing to the community and gaining valuable work experience.

Children with disabilities, orphans, children from large families, and those whose families are participating in a special military operation, as well as those registered with the juvenile delinquency prevention system, are given priority for employment.

While part-time jobs are available for teenagers in the fall, they should not interfere with their studies. The goal is to provide young people with opportunities to learn, grow, and contribute to the community, all while gaining valuable work experience.
