Open Invitation for a Stroll Through the Education Centre at Wasserburg Haus Graven
Discover the wonders of nature with Haus Graven's Environmental and Climate Protection Education Centre! These free, monthly nature walks offer a unique opportunity to experience the local flora and fauna up close.
Each walk, held on the first Wednesday of every month at 6:00 PM, focuses on various themes such as trees, herbs, birds, insects, and the general course of the year. The walks take place from May through September and can last between 1 to 1.5 hours, covering up to approximately 5 km.
The walks begin at the main entrance of Wasserburg Haus Graven. The route may vary depending on the theme and weather conditions, ensuring a fresh and engaging experience each time.
No registration is required for these walks, making them easily accessible for everyone. However, for inquiries about the walk, you can contact the Bildungszentrum.hausgraven@unsere Webseite by email. Alternatively, you can reach Frau Hannah Kruft, the contact person for questions regarding the Ökumenebildungsstätte Haus Graven, by phone at 02173 7945311 or 01578 5002115.
Please note that the walks may be cancelled in case of thunderstorms, heavy rain, or strong gusts of wind for the safety of all participants.
Join us for an enlightening journey into the heart of nature and learn more about the natural world that surrounds us. We look forward to seeing you on our next walk!
