"Nursing's upcoming stars unveiled: 17 newly-trained professionals join Starnberg Clinics"

In September 2025, the Starnberg Clinics welcomed 17 new healthcare professionals into their ranks. The graduation ceremony, held at the Residence of the Starnberg Clinics, celebrated the achievements of these dedicated individuals who have completed their training at the Clinics' vocational school.

Jasmin Taube, CEO of Starnberg Hospital, congratulated the graduates, expressing her pride in their commitment and passion. Prof. Dr. Arnold Trupka, the deputy medical director, and Martin Endres, the director of nursing, also expressed their happiness at the graduates continuing their careers with the Starnberg Clinics.

The graduates were praised for their empathy and sense of responsibility, in addition to their specialist knowledge. Seven new classes for nursing assistant training will start at the Starnberg Clinics' vocational school in September 2025, ensuring the continuation of this important program.

Daniela Matzke, the school principal, gave a speech honoring the graduates' achievements and team spirit. The occasion was also marked by the recognition of three graduates, Laura-Marie Schmidt, Luzie Fella, and Simone Aichler, who received the Bavarian State Prize.

The absence of specific information about recent graduations at Starnberg Clinics or the start of new nursing assistant training in September 2025 from the available documents suggests that further details may be found in official communications from Starnberg Clinics or local healthcare education authorities. However, the successful graduation of these 17 healthcare professionals underscores the crucial role they play in the delivery of medical care, as Prof. Dr. Arnold Trupka emphasized.

Science plays a significant role in the advancement of health-and-wellness practices, as demonstrated by the specialist knowledge acquired by the newly graduated healthcare professionals. To continue nurturing the next generation of healthcare professionals, education-and-self-development opportunities like the nursing assistant training offered at the Starnberg Clinics' vocational school are essential.
