Lighting Up Classrooms with Advanced LED Technology for Superior Education
In early 2019, Camera Corner Connecting Point (CCCP) partnered with SNA Displays to renovate Waukesha County Technical College's Auditorium B. The project aimed to upgrade the venue with state-of-the-art LED video screens, and it has since strengthened the relationship between the two companies.
The lecture hall now features two large-format dvLEDs, each measuring approximately 7.4x13.1 inches (1,440x2,560 pixels). These twin LED displays, mounted at the front of the room, process a combined 7.4 million pixels. The venue's versatility, as a result of the LED upgrades, makes it both functional and valuable for the school and its students.
SNA Displays demonstrated exceptional professionalism, technical expertise, and a commitment to excellence throughout the project. The LED video technology used in the upgrade is called 1.5mm BRILLIANT Interior from SNA Displays, which is renowned for its clarity and visual impact.
According to Jackie Lavoie, senior director of global channels at SNA Displays, the displays are ideal for communicating clearly over a large space. She stated that it was a pleasure working with CCCP once again.
Jason Hussong, account manager at CCCP, echoed Lavoie's sentiments, calling the experience of working with SNA Displays outstanding. He added that the final result of the project exceeded both CCCP's and WCTC's expectations in terms of quality, performance, and visual impact.
The lecture hall's large amphitheater-style space has a retractable wall that splits it into two rooms, each with their own fine-pitch video screen. This design allows for greater flexibility in hosting events and sessions. The venue also includes high-end audio and lighting, making it suitable for interactive and instructional sessions.
