Kuwait's Minister of Social Affairs, Family and Childhood Affairs, Dr. Amthal Al-Huwaila, hailed the 'Partners for Employment' initiative as a testament to Kuwait's conviction that disability isn't a hurdle, but a wellspring of strength, innovation, and aspiration. In a digital gathering at the graduation ceremony of the sixth group of participants, Dr. Al-Huwaila expressed her appreciation to the backing institutions, such as the Public Authority for Persons with Disabilities, Human Construction Society, UN Representative's Office in Kuwait, Public Authority for Minors Affairs, Kuwait Foundation for the Advancement of Sciences, Kuwait University, and both public and private sectors. Ghada Al-Taher, UN Secretary-General's Representative and Resident Coordinator to Kuwait, endorsed the 'Partners for Employment' initiative as evidence of Kuwait's dedication to the inclusion of persons with disabilities within society. Stressing the importance of the collaboration between government and private entities in opening career paths, she applauded the determination and success of the graduates, exemplifying their potential and resilience.

Dr. Ghaleb Al-Osaimi of the Human Construction Association disclosed that 54 out of the 123 graduates from the sixth batch secured employment – 20 in the private and banking sectors, and 34 in the government sector. Highlighting the need for ongoing teamwork before the launch of the seventh batch in October, he highlighted the initiative's accomplishment in uplifting and empowering people with disabilities in Kuwait's workforce.

Wafaa Al-Muhanna, acting Director General of the Disability Authority, emphasized their commitment to offering a nurturing and equal employment environment according to Law No. 8 of 2010. Aligning with Kuwait's national development plans, the Authority aims to boost the role of persons with disabilities in the labor market. Dalal Al-Nouri, Director General of the Public Authority for Minors Affairs, pledged continuous financial and moral support, particularly for individuals with mental and learning disabilities under their care.
