On Thursday, 15th May, Sandeep and Fiona from Marsh Insurance in Leeds visited a college to deliver an employability session to Level 2 Business students. The session was not just part of the students' course, but also a tool for their future career growth.

When answering behavioral questions, students were advised to use the STAR method. This method involves describing the Situation, Task, Action, and Result clearly and specifically, using "I" statements to emphasize their individual contributions.

The session concluded with the importance of being punctual, polite, and following up with a thank-you note after the interview to reinforce interest and professionalism.
