Hiring for the position of Communications and Events Officer is underway
Based at the iconic RSA House in London, the Communications & Events Officer role at the Creative Industries Policy and Evidence Centre (Creative PEC) is an exciting opportunity for a detail-focused and methodical individual with a passion for arts, culture, and the creative industries.
In this role, you'll be responsible for managing the production of research reports, including proofreading and coordinating with designers, and supporting the delivery of online and in-person report launch events. You'll also oversee the production and delivery of daily social media content, provide proofreading support, and assist with social media monitoring.
Key responsibilities include leading the production process of research reports, supporting the delivery of online and in-person events related to report launches, and providing admin and meeting support to the Comms team. The role also involves maintaining Creative PEC's databases, ensuring the Creative PEC branding is used correctly by partners, and ensuring the Creative PEC website is kept up to date using WordPress.
The role requires a candidate with essential qualifications including grades A-C in English Language and Mathematics at GCSE or equivalent level, and experience in a similar role, or substantial work experience in a similar setting. A degree in a relevant field is highly desirable.
The position is a full-time, fixed-term/contract role, located in London with a hybrid working pattern. The salary ranges from £26,942 to £27,644 per annum with progression to £29,179 plus a £4k London weighting allowance pro-rata.
