Top Performing School's Class of 2025 Achieves Impressive Results

The Class of 2025 at our school has made history, with an average score of 34 points, 3.5 points above the global mean of 30.58. This impressive achievement is not surprising, given the school's commitment to providing a personalised learning environment and fostering a culture of excellence.

According to Ms. Laney Rweyemamu, the IBDP Programme Coordinator, the students are not just passing exams, but also making a difference in the world. They are writing research papers that matter, leading environmental initiatives, composing original music, and organising mental health awareness campaigns.

Many graduates of the Class of 2025 were part of the IB Continuum, moving from the Primary Years Programme (PYP) to the Middle Years Programme (MYP) and into the IBDP. This seamless transition allowed them to develop a strong foundation and build on their skills throughout their educational journey.

The school's distinct model provides students with personalised graduation pathways, supported by expert teachers, IB coordinators, and university counselors. This tailored approach ensures that each student receives the support they need to reach their full potential.

In total, 87 students in the cohort were full IBDP candidates, and 15 pursued IB Courses. The Class of 2025 is preparing to join top universities around the world, equipped with the skills to lead, collaborate, and contribute meaningfully to a rapidly changing world.

The Class of 2025 began their educational journey at various ages, with some starting at just two years old. Despite their diverse backgrounds, they have demonstrated a shared commitment to learning, resilience, and empathy.

The global average diploma pass rate for 2024 was 81%, lower than our school's pass rate. Our school's commitment to multilingualism, cultural fluency, and global citizenship is evident in the high number of students earning the IB Bilingual Diploma. In fact, 53% of our Class of 2025 were awarded the IB Bilingual Diploma, significantly higher than the global rate of 23%.

The high IB Diploma pass rate and high average score of the Class of 2025 can be attributed to several key factors. These include student dedication and hard work, resilience and creativity, collaboration among students, strong academic support, ambition and motivation, a high-quality teaching and learning environment, and a positive school culture that celebrates achievements and sets high expectations.

85 students in the Class of 2025 earned the full IB Diploma, resulting in an impressive 98% diploma pass rate. The graduates of the Class of 2025 leave with a foundation built on the school's values: curiosity, achievement, resilience, and empathy.

The journeys of the Class of 2025 reflect academic mastery, wellbeing, global awareness, and purpose-driven learning, which are core pillars of the school's educational philosophy. The Class of 2025 from our school comprises a record-breaking 109 students, setting a new standard for future classes to strive towards.
