Graduates of Career Programs in March and April 2022

A significant milestone was reached this week as a group of ambitious students graduated from Vocational Certificate Programs in fields such as Graphic Design, Digital Arts, Marketing Design, and Multimedia Arts. The graduation ceremony, held at our institution, celebrated the students who have completed their studies in these exciting and diverse creative fields.

Among the graduates were Nathan Nelson, who completed the Graphic Design Professional Certificate, and Janette Depamphilis, who completed the Digital Arts Professional Certificate. Katharine Sickels, Madison Vargas, and Kristen McKelvey also earned their Graphic Design Professional Certificates, while Ana McElroy-Netto was awarded the Web Design Professional Certificate. The ceremony also recognised the accomplishments of Jessica Jones, Laura Perry, Kyle Heidemann, and Nicol Theron, who each completed the Marketing Design Professional Certificate.

The graduation marked the end of the students' formal education in their chosen creative fields, and they are now venturing forth into their creative careers. The students have been awarded career certificates in their respective fields, and they are being congratulated for their achievement.

Vocational certificate programs in these fields generally have admission requirements that focus on educational background, application procedures, and sometimes entrance exams, though specifics vary by institution. Typically, a minimum of completion of secondary education (often 10+2 or equivalent) with a passing percentage (sometimes above 50%) is needed to be eligible for these programs. Candidates typically register on the school or program's official website, fill in personal, educational, and contact details, upload required documents, and pay an application fee. Some colleges or universities require students to appear for entrance exams relevant to the program, while many vocational certificate courses may not require entrance exams and base admission on merit or basic qualifications alone.

The duration of vocational certificate courses varies, usually taking between a few months to 1-2 years to complete, often designed for skill enhancement and quick career upskilling. For some advanced certificate or graduate-level programs, minimum GPA standards or relevant undergraduate degrees might be needed.

Applicants should check the specific college or vocational institute website for exact admission details, as they can differ by location and program level. The institution's website also provides information on the Vocational Certificate Programs and offers the latest catalog and Career Program Admissions.

Wishing success to the graduates as they embark on their creative careers!
