A Working Dynasty in the Heart of Astana
In the bustling city of Astana, a family with deep-rooted professional traditions is making its mark at the local company, "Astana su arnaсы." This family, led by Kamariden and Gulnaza Iskakov, is joined by their three sons - Daugen, Maulen, and Adilkhan Janaydarov.
Kamariden Janaidarovich, a simple worker hailing from the Korghalzhyn district, has a diverse background. He completed a vocational-technical school as a carpenter and was also a tractor driver. With his robust work ethic, Kamariden assumes various responsibilities at "Astana su arnaсы," including his role as the janitor.
Gulnaza Zhakhinovna is a woman of considerable achievement, having been awarded the "Kumis Alka" medal. Together with her husband, she has raised six children, providing them with a solid education.
The eldest son, Daugen, is an engineer specializing in the repair of electrical equipment at the pump-filter station of "Astana su arnaсы." His brother Maulen, an electrician, assists him in repairing and maintaining electrical equipment. siblings often discuss work-related matters.
The youngest son, Adilkhan, also contributes to the family business, serving as a third-grade fitter in the repair and maintenance department of water supply service No. 1. The family takes immense pride in their collective accomplishment.
"Both my husband and I come from large families, and our parents instilled a strong work ethic in us from a young age," says Gulnaza Zhakhinovna, the matriarch of the working dynasty. "We raised our children the same way, and we're proud that our sons are working alongside us. We're confident they will continue to approach their work with dedication."
Originally from the Korghalzhyn district, Gulnaza Zhakhinovna began her career at Amanegeldy sovkhoz. In the capital, she worked as a kindergarten teacher, a cook for a construction brigade, and as technical staff in the local school. After starting a family, she focused on raising her children. In 2008, she and her husband moved to Astana and have been residing there ever since.
Despite the demanding physical labor, Gulnaza Zhakhinovna has juggled multiple jobs since moving to the city. Known for her tireless work ethic, she contributes wholeheartedly to the organization she serves. As the family expands, she and her husband are now raising grandchildren, confident that one of them will continue their legacy.
