**Job Description**

As a Helpline Specialist, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and support via phone and other communication channels. Your duties will include assisting customers with account issues, providing information about banking products and services, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will prepare and conduct training sessions such as Helpline Life-Hacks, and organize internal training with the specialist departments. You will also record complex inquiries, find solutions, and coordinate with various departments to ensure efficient resolution.

**Qualifications**

Candidates should ideally hold a Sparkassenfachwirt qualification or a comparable one. Previous experience in customer service, particularly in banking or finance, is highly desirable. Proficiency in German is essential, and knowledge of banking products, IT skills (such as OSPlus NEO, online and mobile banking, and advisor tools), and personal and group data management are required.
