In this role, the Senior Data Scientist will collaborate with stakeholders such as the CMO and Director of User Acquisition. The primary focus will be on handling analytical data products related to business and marketing to optimize performance and customer insights.
The Senior Data Scientist will be responsible for conducting complex data analysis aimed at improving marketing performance and business decisions. This includes building and optimizing machine learning models for customer segmentation, lifetime value prediction, and campaign effectiveness. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Strong knowledge of machine learning techniques like predictive modeling, clustering, and time series analysis is required.
Familiarity with tools such as SQL for data querying, Python or R for modeling, and visualization platforms (e.g., Qlik Sense, Tableau) is essential. The ability to translate complex data into clear business insights and recommendations is crucial, as is strong communication skills and a teamwork orientation.
