Discover Customs Careers: Hauptzollamt Landshut Hosts Zollinfo-Tag 2025
The Hauptzollamt Landshut is hosting two informative events, Zollinfo-Tag, in 2025. The first is on May 10 in Passau, focusing on control situations and four-legged helpers. The second, Zollinfo-Tag - Career, is on September 20 in Plattling, detailing the application process and training opportunities in the customs service.
The main customs office, based in Landshut, is inviting middle school students, Realschulen, FOS, BOS, gymnasiums, parents, and career changers to learn about the diverse roles of customs officers. The events will take place at Spitalhofstraße 67 in Passau from 10 am to 2 pm on May 10, and at Robert-Bosch-Straße 1 in Plattling on September 20.
Visitors can expect to learn about import duties, customs clearance, and the work of the Financial Control Unit. Additionally, the May event will demonstrate control situations and the use of four-legged helpers in the customs service.
Registration for both events is still open and can be done via email at [email protected]. The Hauptzollamt Landshut offers apprenticeships in the middle customs service and dual study programs in law (LL.B.) and administrative informatics (B.SC.). These events provide a great opportunity for anyone interested in learning more about a career in the customs service.
