DIHK Launches 'die.Azubis' Campaign to Boost Apprenticeships
The German Chambers of Industry and Commerce (DIHK) and regional IHKs have launched a nationwide campaign to promote apprenticeships. The initiative, 'die.Azubis', is active on social media platforms like TikTok and Instagram, boasting over 75,000 subscribers and hundreds of millions of views. The campaign aims to create a new awareness of the importance of training and connect young people with businesses.

The campaign is supported by various companies participating in the current IHK training campaigns. These include Raiffeisenbank Ostprignitz-Ruppin eG, EGGERS Umwelttechnik GmbH, AWO Seniorenzentrum Rödental, Dietz GmbH Neustadt, EMS-Lounge Neustadt-Sonneberg, HABA Group Bad Rodach, LASCO, and SGL epo GmbH Willich, among others involved in regional IHK events and awards. The IHKs continue to rely on regional actions such as consulting offers and apprentice fairs to connect young people with businesses. Additionally, bakery bags are used as an advertising medium to reach potential apprentices and their families nationwide.
The application phase for the next generation of apprentices has already begun, with hundreds of thousands of young people just starting their training. The 'die.Azubis' campaign aims to actively contribute to bringing young people and businesses together, creating a new awareness of the importance of training. The DIHK and regional IHKs are committed to promoting apprenticeships nationwide.
