**Community Music School Announces Registration and Payment Procedure for Upcoming Semesters**

The Community Music School (CMS) has released details regarding the registration and payment process for its upcoming semesters, including the fall, summer, and spring sessions. Here's a breakdown of the steps involved:

### Registration Process:

1. **Submit Registration:** To enroll in the CMS summer session, students must first complete the online inquiry form and contact the school staff. The school office will confirm receipt of your online registration, either in writing or by telephone.

2. **Make Payment:** Full tuition must be paid to finalize enrollment. A one-time registration fee of $20 is charged for each new family to CMS upon confirmation of enrollment. This registration fee is non-refundable and is not applied towards tuition.

3. **Confirmation:** Upon completion of registration and payment, the school sends a confirmation email.

### Payment Schedule and Tuition Notes:

- Tuition for all semesters, including summer, is expected upfront for the scheduled number of class sessions or camp dates. - Tuition is not prorated for group classes or summer camps.

### Discounts Available:

- **Sibling Discount:** A 5% discount is offered when two or more siblings register separately in the same session. - **Multiple Class Discount:** A 5% discount is given if a student registers for more than one class or lesson series in a session. - **UD Faculty/Staff/Student Discount:** Current University of Delaware affiliates (UD ID required) receive a 5% discount. - **Senior Citizen Discount:** Those aged 65 or older are eligible for a 5% discount.

*Note:* Only one discount can be applied per student, and discounts do not apply to Musical Theatre Camps.

### Other Registration Details:

- In case of university closures due to inclement weather, classes and camps are canceled, with private lessons being rescheduled by individual teachers. Group classes/camps are notified by email.

### Invoice Dates:

- Summer session invoices will be mailed out mid-June. - Spring semester invoices will be mailed mid-January. - Fall semester invoices will be mailed mid-September.

Alternatively, payments can be made in monthly installments for the spring and fall semesters, with no additional fee, provided they are received by the 10th of each month (February 10, March 10, April 10, May 10, July 10, and August 10 for spring and fall, respectively). Tuition for the summer session can be paid in full upon receipt of the semester invoice.
