Sven Teuber, the Education Minister of Rhineland-Palatinate (SPD), is set to enhance support for children and young people in schools by boosting the workforce. He's not a proponent of prohibiting smartphones in schools outright. "Excluding digital life and knowledge from school is not a realistic preparation for life," Teuber said. Instead, he recommends schools and parents collaborate to establish sensible mobile phone regulations [2].
