Bamberg's 13th Studienmesse: Connecting Students to Local Opportunities
The 13th Bamberger Studienmesse:BA is set for Saturday, February 28, 2026, at the Concert and Congress Hall in Bamberg. The event, which runs from 10 am to 2 pm, offers free admission to visitors and is an important platform for strengthening the city's economic location, according to Mayor Andreas Starke and District Administrator Johann Kalb.
The Studienmesse provides an opportunity for regional companies, universities, and educational institutions to showcase study programs, dual study offers, educational programs, and internship opportunities to high school and vocational/technical school graduates. Expert lectures on study, dual study, and apprenticeship topics will be offered by the Agentur für Arbeit Bamberg, the Chamber of Crafts for Upper Franconia, and the Chamber of Industry and Commerce for Upper Franconia Bayreuth.
The fair is organized by the Arbeitskreis SCHULEWIRTSCHAFT Bamberg, with support from the city and district of Bamberg's economic development agencies and Bamberg Congress + Event GmbH. Lara Bewernik, Lisa Thein, and Tina Kröner are available to answer organizational questions. Registration for the Studienmesse is open from September 17, 2025, to October 20, 2025, via the website www.studienmesse-bamberg.de.
