The event is open to interested women and men, HR representatives, and the general public. It is organised by a wide range of institutions, including Contact Points for Women and Work, Employment Agencies, and Chambers of Industry and Commerce.

The Minister for Economic Affairs, Labor and Tourism emphasized the importance of team-oriented work.
