Amity Group of Schools Launches International Education Initiative "Study@Abroad"
The Amity Group of Schools, under the leadership of Dr. (Mrs.) Amita Chauhan, recently held the Amity Open House 2025, marking the launch of their new initiative, the "Study@Abroad" program. This program is designed to support students with informed, confident global aspirations.
The event welcomed a distinguished panel of speakers, including Ms. Vishu Sharma from the British Council (UK), Ms. Rupali Verma from EducationUSA (USA), Ms. Misha Mehrotra from the Australian Trade and Investment Commission - Austrade (Australia), Ms. Rashi Khanduja from the DAAD German Academic Exchange Service (Germany), Ms. Priyanka Bangia from Higher Education Japan (Japan), and Ms. Bhupinder Kaur from Education New Zealand - South Asia (New Zealand).
The "Study@Abroad" program offers a range of benefits to students. It provides first-hand information about government-funded scholarships, application procedures, academic structures, visa requirements, and overseas student support networks. Furthermore, it offers guidance for international assessments like SAT, AP, IELTS, TOEFL, and more.
In addition, the program offers soft skills and interview preparation, pre-departure orientation for life in a foreign country, and detailed instructions on university applications and shortlisting. It also includes personalized student profile assessments and one-on-one counseling.
The Amity Open House 2025 served as a platform for interaction between students, parents, and international education experts, offering comprehensive insights into admission processes, scholarships, and cultural acclimatization. The event continues to be an annual event under the leadership of Dr. (Mrs.) Amita Chauhan.
